Or if you prefer you may complete this form online by clicking here (Note: Students who would like to join at the No CE Credit rate must complete the printable form).
NMSHP is committed to the promotion of pharmacy in organized health care settings. We offer:

- NMSHP is a volunteer organization with many opportunities to serve. Only through member involvement will the Society be able to offer the services and programs wanted and needed by the members. If you have an interest in serving on a committee or in some other way, please contact us.

Pharmacist – $100
Associate/Non-Pharmacist – $100
Technician/Supportive Personnel – $30
Pharmacy Student (no CE credit) – $0
Pharmacy Resident/Fellow – $50
Spouse of Full Member – $75
New Pharmacy Graduate (first year) * – $50
Second Year Pharmacy Graduate * – $75
* – must join first year out of college to receive this rate.
